Delivery
At Direct Line Supplies we pride ourselves on providing a first class delivery service to our customers. Our days of delivery are Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) throughout the nation.
Our delivery drivers leave our depot based in Stockton at the crack of dawn to ensure that we are delivering to our customers at the earliest possible time. We do not do timed deliveries, however our customers have expressed that we provide an outstanding delivery service time and time again.
Our fleet of vehicles have dual compartments (freezer and chiller) to enable your products to remain in the same storage condition as they left us when they are delivered. Our drivers monitor the temperature throughout the day to ensure that satisfaction is guaranteed when they reach their destination. We equip our vehicles with tracking devices to provide real time information back to the office of the vehicle whereabouts, should we not be able to contact a driver.
